After outgrowing their Manhattan Headquarters the client returned to BTARCH to design their new offices. Requirements included state of the art conference rooms and trading room, a unique lobby, and good natural lighting for all work areas. Building upon the existing shell and repurposing as many of the existing elements as possible, BTARCH developed a scheme to maximize quality work spaces and underscore the firm’s solidity and strength to prospective clients.
