Renovation of Mid-Rise Residential Buildings
West Village, SoHo and Upper East Side, New York City

Working with an established New York developer, we are in the process of a phased upgrade of six multi-story residential buildings throughout Manhattan. The brief calls for the conversion of existing, mid-market, rental properties into high quality ones on par with new luxury developments. Phase one involves the complete renovation of all apartments and penthouses - approximately 260 units in total. During phase two, building common spaces including entry lobbies, corridors, laundry rooms and elevator cabs will be redesigned.
